I built this because nothing on the shelf was built for me.
I’ve loved makeup my whole life, it was my craft long before it was my business. But loving makeup with skin that reacts to almost everything is a complicated relationship. I tried everything the aisle offered, saw a dozen dermatologists, and eventually stopped expecting the beauty industry to make something for skin like mine.
So I made it myself. And when it came time to name it, only one name felt right — my mother’s.
Meera means ocean — calm, deep, unhurried. It’s what my mother’s care always felt like, and it’s what I want these products to feel like on your skin: quiet, steady, at peace.
That’s the whole brand, really. Everything we make has to live up to her name.
